HALOS kalahati lamang ang nakapasa mula sa 1,620 na kumuha ng exam para sa Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination na ibinigay ngayong buwan ng Board of Real Estate Service sa iba’t ibang lugar sa bansa.
Ayon sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), nanguna sa nasabing pagsusulit sina Jerry Magbanua Catague ng Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) at si Blake Salingbay Feken ng UP Diliman na parehong nakakuha ng markang 85.50.
Pumangalawa naman si Jeff-Mike Smith Vasquez Sule ng Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) sa markang 85.00.
Sinundan naman ito ni Noel Mozo Ajoc ng Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology at Dan Neil Lauzon Dimaala mula naman sa De La Salle University (DLSU) na nakakuha ng 84.50.
Pumuwesto naman sa pang-apat sina Wayne Wesly Baroro Bation ng Silliman University, Shelden Danie Mejorada Mepico ng ADDU, at Elaine Lim Tan ng DLSU sa markang 84.00.
Nasa ikalimang puwesto naman sina Lea Cardel Costo ng Tabaco College, Judy Cruz Dellota at David Tan Lim ng UP Diliman na nakakuha ng 83.50.
Ang pag-iisyu naman ng PRC ID at Certificate of Registration ay sa August 6 at 7,2014.
“Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on August 6 and 7, 2014.”
“All registrants are likewise required to submit an original copy of Surety Bond for three ( 3 ) years (with certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), minimum amount of which is P 20,000.00, with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Obligee. For government employees, no Surety Bond is required, but instead, submission of a notarized original Certificate of Employment from their respective offices is required,” ayon sa PRC. Jocelyn Tabangcura-Domenden
