TAGUIG City – Following the buy bust operation rolled by elements of Station Anti-illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Force, a high school student believed in conflict with the law was caught allegedly dealing the so-called dangerous drugs Saturday afternoon along Vizcarra street corner ML Quezon street in Barangay Lower Bicutan.
Arresting agents SPO3 Ernesto Sanchez at PO3 Renato Ibanez identified the suspect as one Esthefen John A. Lomapag, 17, residing at Maguindanao Street, Brgy. Lower Bicutan.
Prior to the arrest, law enforcers said they coordinated with PDEA authorities after gathering reliable information from one confidential informant.
During tactical operation led by PCI Jerry O. Amindalan, the team spotted the suspect around 2:00 pm allegedly engaged in drug deal.
When the suspect exposed his illegal merchandize, the undercover agents collared him at once, confiscating two small plastic sachets containing the so-called “shabu.”
PNP Crime Laboratory marked the confiscated evidences as tiny granules of methamphetamine hydrochloride.
Collared suspect now faces criminal cases under Article 2 of RA 9165 before the Prosecution Office in Taguig City.
