POLICE on late Wednesday afternoon launches manhunt operations for the twenty-two inmates that bolted out from a prison facility in Valencia City, police reports said.
PNP spokesman, Senior Supt. Wilben Mayor, quoting reports said the jailbreak occured at around 3:30pm at Valencia City Jail located at Brgy. Pinatilan, Valencia City.
The PNP spokesman said sketchy reports revealed that at least 22 prisoners led by Dionecio Daulog, Albert Espinosa, certain Khalid and alias Tacoy escaped from the said detention cell.
Mayor added that as of press time, one jail escapee was recaptured by government troops along with a shotgun and getaway motorcycles.
He said investigation are underway to determine how the jailbreak occured and pursuit operations for other escaped inmates.
